Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) involves the analysis and redesign of workflows within an organization. To accurately define business requirements, we conduct a methodical documentation of daily activities and stakeholder needs. From there, we find missed opportunities for technology inputs, optimize processes and remove wasteful activities. The entire process takes about 3-4 months.
